Best Practice Tips:
- Select at least 15 affirmations that resonate with you.
- When recording your affirmations, imbue them with genuine meaning.
- Listen to a loop of your affirmations for a minimum of 5 minutes daily, preferably before sleeping. Morning practice is also recommended for daily motivation.
- Commit to listening to the same set of affirmations for at least 21 days, as repetition is key to achieving lasting change.
- For optimal results, use headphones during your practice.
Choose between the free version and premium membership. The free version allows you to build a brief program, record up to three affirmations, and select one default background music. Feel free to change affirmations whenever you like and record them again.
Premium membership offers unlimited access to all premium features, such as adding and recording an unlimited number of affirmations, longer affirmation recordings, customizable background music, an auto-stop timer, and volume control. Select from one of two premium membership plans:
- Monthly: $7.99 billed every month
